HOW SOON WILL YOU APPROVE MY CAMPAIGNS?

Advedro is available 24/7 (except for public holidays). Campaigns are reviewed in chronological order and the speed is determined by the volume received at any given time.

Please be patient and only contact us about your campaign approval if:

  • Campaign(s) have previously been declined and you want to resubmit them again
  • You have been requested to provide further information by our Support team
  • Note: If you are a new Advertiser additional checks may be required which can take up to 72hrs
I AM NOT RECEIVING ANY TRAFFIC, WHY?

Please check:

  • Your advertising balance (risk of being out of funds)
  • The campaign bid (campaigns should have competitive bids along with optimal daily budget to be able to receive traffic)
  • The campaign is targeting country with lower amounts of traffic
  • That your ad was approved and validated
WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM PRICES?

You must create an account in order to see the prices, all the prices are available per geo target and ad method under the advertiser menu. Please keep in mind that all prices are subject to change without notice.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU SUPPORT?

Advertisers may transfer payments via PayPal, Paxum and Bank wire. Minimum deposit is 100 (maximum deposit for PayPal is 1000). For our payment details, billing address, etc. please contact us directly.

SUPPORTED DYNAMIC TAGS (TOKENS)

Supported Advedro URL Replacements:

  • {timestamp} => an epoch timestamp, can be used as a cache-breaker
  • {hostname} => the host name of the traffic source
  • {ad_id} => the internal Advedro ad id
  • {campaign_id} => the internal Advedro campaign id
  • {country} => country code as the system detected it
  • {bid} => the real-time bid
WILL I HAVE AN ACCOUNT MANAGER?

All Advedro customers are assigned with an account manager after their sign up processes. The account manager is there to help you with all your advertising questions you might have, as well provide specific information how you can increase your funding and advertising activity.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Advedro issues payments in Euro. We are offering pay outs via PayPal, Paxum or bank wire, weekly and monthly using NET-7 and NET-35 payout schedules respectively.

WEBSITE APPROVAL CONDITIONS

In order to provide the highest-quality service possible along with security to our partners, to both publishers and advertisers; our dedicated Account Manager Team approves each websites manually.

Advedro reserves the right to approve or to deny the affiliation of a publisher at any time.

Please find below examples of websites that are not eligible for participation:

  • Websites which contain material that infringes the rights of others (including but not limited to copyright and other intellectual property rights) or which promotes copyright piracy.
  • Websites with reference to illicit practices or shock human dignity: Contents with pornographic character staging minors; Contents making the apology of voluntary crimes to life, persons the integrity and sexual aggressions; Contents making the apology of the war crimes, crimes against humanity; Contents provoking discrimination, hate or violence towards a person or towards a group of persons at the rate of their origin or of the group they belong to (an ethnic group, a nation, a race or a religion). Any description will be automatically recorded and indicated to proper authorities.
  • Websites promoting any type of illegal substance or activity
  • Websites with illegal, false or deceptive investment advice
  • Websites that provide incentives of any nature to require or encourage users to click on ad banners.
  • Websites that are under construction or incomplete.
  • Websites generated through free blogging or free forum platforms
  • Websites displaying too many ads and poor content, sites with more than 2 pop-ups and / or pop-unders, sites with more than 1 exit pop up
WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM PAYOUTS?

Your Account Balance must reach the minimum (100) in order to get paid.

WHY MY WEBSITE WAS DENIED?

Because your site did not meet the following requirements:

  • Poor content
  • Site unavailable/ under construction
  • Broken links / content unavailable
  • Malicious content detected
  • Inconsistent design
  • Requires login/password to access the content: the content of the site could not be verified due to the restricted access
  • Ads not fully visible
  • Too many ads / Popups: the number of ads / popups on your page
  • Forbidden content
  • Site’s Ownership Not Verified
  • Invalid traffic detected
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PAYMENT YET. WHY?

Criteria of payment:

  • Account Balance/Revenue must reach the minimum
  • Billing address must be filled in properly / Complete Billing Address must be provided
  • Payment information must be filled in properly
  • Your account must be validated for Payouts

Can I get an annual plan for more than 1 year?

Yes, you can get an annual deal for two, three or four years. Please reach out to our customer support to get more information.

Will my tracking stop after I reach the monthly limit?

Absolutely not! We are very well aware how important tracking is to the continuity of your business. After you have reached your limit, your events will still be tracked, but you’ll have to pay for the overages.

What are the overages?

Overages are all the events that are not covered by your current plan.

Can I customize my plan?

If you’d like to modify certain parameters of a chosen plan, please contact our customer service for assistance and more information.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Absolutely, you can upgrade your plan inside of your account settings. The upgrade will happen instantly, during the active billing cycle. If you would like to track more we’ll be more than happy to create a custom solution for you — just contact our customer service and see what we can do for you.

Can I unsubscribe when I want?

You can unsubscribe at any given time. Please note that if you decide to do that in the middle of a billing cycle, the plan will continue to be active until the end of that payment cycle and of course you won't be billed for the upcoming month.

Can I migrate my campaigns from another tracker?

Yes! If you’d like to switch to Vita we’ll be happy to help you. Contact our customer service to discuss all the details, and our team will be happy to arrange this for you.

Can I track Advedro events with Vita for free?

Yes, you can. Regardless of the tracking plan you have, you can track any Advedro events free of charge.

How can I pay for my plan?

We accept most forms of payment solutions out there through PayPal. If you would like to pay with a different payment method, please contact our customer service to see how we can help you arrange that payment.

Do I need to purchase hosting?

Absolutely not, that's the beauty of it. You don't need to worry about setting up servers and installing software. Our tracker is a cloud-based SaaS solution, so all the infrastructure management is on us. Once you set up your campaigns, you can start tracking all your campaigns right away.
